Plot: Dr. James Martin steps in for Dr. Stewart for a psychiatric evaluation on convicted serial killer Edward. He is to conduct a final interview to see if he is to face execution or be declared legally insane and institutionalized instead. The film is totally worth watching simply for Sean Patrick Flanery's amazing performance as a man possessed - or perhaps just mentally unwell - a death row inmate about to be executed with one last interview with a psychologist (Jordan Belfi) before the final sizzle as he puts it. It's also surprisingly somewhat deep for a horror film - even if all the views expressed aren't exactly my own, but still, it goes out of its way to at least make you think a little.
