"How to Talk to Girls at Parties" might make sense to those who are familiar with the Neil Gaiman work its based on, but for outsiders like me, it's an annoying, uninteresting, confusing, and underdeveloped cult film in the making.

I will say this - I can't say I've seen anything else like this. Part UK punk odyssey, part Romeo and (alien) Juliet, part just sheer weirdness - I'm not really sure who this film is targeting, but if you want something different from everything else, give it a whirl.

Dose Elle Fanning choose her roles on a dart board?
