I thought it was funny that the predator entered the city. It was good. I wouldn't say as good as Predator but it wasn't terrible. It had great suspense and a logical plot. The ending was really good. Although some people might think it's just a quick-ending because the director didn't know how to end the movie, I thought it was really good. The comedy was also good too. I don't know if I'd see it again though.

This one gets a lot of hate, because of the change in location and other minor details. Despite some shortcomings, I still enjoyed it. It's a good sequel.

The supporting cast are without exception awful, and the cinematography tacky and cheap looking. Add some poor production design (the predator ship looks rubbish) and very dated effects and we have a typical …

A Satisfying Sequel

Predator 2 is a very different film than the original Predator with the only real similarity being the title creature. None of the original cast returns for this sequel and there are only a few references to the events of the first film. It was originally intended for Arnold Schwarzenegger to appear but he frowned upon the idea to bring the story to the urban jungle of Los Angeles. Released three years after the original, this film proved to be a critical and box office failure and it would be another fourteen years before the Predator would appear on screen again in Alien vs. Predator.
The films story isn’t its strong point and it takes awhile to find it’s footing but it holds together well enough. The film is set in futuristic L.A. and beings in the middle of a street war …
