Liked it but cannot say I loved it. The Russo brothers made a sprawling superhero epic featuring two dozen Marvel characters and one great villain in the form of Thanos. Josh Brolin is amazing;easily one of the best superhero villains in years.
The action scenes and special effects are very good. But the cast of characters are split into different subplots. As a result, the movie becomes unwieldy at times with some moments forced to push the plot forward.
Comic book purists will likely praise it to high heaven while film critics will scoff at the unfinished story and downer ending. I myself am glad I saw it, for better or worse.
