Review - Kramer vs. Kramer (1979)

After Ted Kramer’s (Dustin Hoffman) wife Joanna (Meryl Streep) left him, he was left to care for his son Billy (Justin Henry) alone. Their relationship grows in the Best Picture winning film, “Kramer vs. Kramer.”
Ever since I first saw “Rain Man” I’ve wanted to see this movie. I think Dustin Hoffman is one of the best actors in Hollywood, and this film really proves I’m right. Henry is also a great young actor that really steals his scenes from the big guy.
The story is a timeless one that will always be a problem for families. The bond between Ted and his son is true and wonderfully done.
Again, “Kramer vs. Kramer” is great for anybody that loves Hoffman’s work, and it’s also great if you just love great work regardless.
