An assemblage of anime style shorts based on Batman. These aren't even short stories, but rather random ten minute (or less) scenes that just begin and end in the middle of something greater. They have no connection with each other. None are very interesting or entertaining. It's so bland. There's nothing worth praise outside of the anime visuals, and even those don't offer much outside of looking like every other anime ever. Oh wait, there's also Batman. He beats up some thugs and occasionally says two or three lines max per segment. It left me bored. Not sure why this is part of the DCU Animation cannon. Easily the worst of the bunch.

Had only 1-2 really good episodes. Some of the style and stories are just too exaggerated. Batman Year One was better than this whole production.

First thing I wanna comment on is the stunning graphics. Whoever the artists were on this movie, bravo! All the stories were beautifully drawn. I did enjoy the different verisons of Batman. It was an interesting movie and worth watching if you're a Batman fan.

These are the missed episodes which occur between Batman Begins and the Dark Knight. Each episode is done by a different director though the ones which focus on the specific elements from the live-action franchise are superior. When Mr. Fox developes advanced technology to deflect bullets, when Killer Croc is introduced, and when Scarecrow's new habitat comes into play the viewer is treated and moves the film along nicely. Other episodes, particularly the introduction and where Wayne trains in India, really offer nothing new and nearly duplicate episodes from the past animated series. It is a push and pull affair which, despite the superior animated …
