A plot that can barely be called one, with a typical cheap 80's teen conflict (you know, the free-spirited dreamer armed with sweet moves that could make it to the top if only Dad wasn't such a bummer - for example: Girl's Just Want to Have Fun, Dirty Dancing...)
Yep..nothing new here, but there IS hideous acting, bad hair, an over use of blue gels, and lots of guys in tank tops (?)
I re-watched it, having seen it when I was a kid...the best part? The cheesy music (and maybe that weird meaningless hand-jive the characters do in place of high-fives)
