That's some catch that Catch-22

Catch-22 is a classic Mick Nichols films, one of his best. This film is watchable on many levels. The acting is impeccable with a startling cast of characters. You got Major Major and Chaplin Taplin. Arkin is fabulous in this film this is where I discovered him and all these years later he never lets me down. Always plays his character to the hilt, as he does here. Yes it is quirky, but in a delicious way. The big brass keeps uping the missions these pilots must fly before eligible for rotation. Each on reacts differently and dramaticly to there own situation. Watch it again and again and learn the deeper plot points. With so many stories going on at once, a single viewing can not catch it all. Are they nuts have they cracked. Find out as the must deal with their own Catch-22.
