Utterly insane yet undeniably original horror movie about shapeshifting creatures disguised as mother and son (and lovers). They require the lifeforce of young women to survive. The movie is not scary but it is too weird and gory to pass up. Alice Krige is very good as the fiendish evil mother. There’s random appearances by geekdom favorites like Mark Hamill, Ron Perlman, and Glenn Shadix.
