On one hand, this is a very cheesy movie. You know when people say they can predict movies? Sure I predicted that the movie would go in one of two directions. One way it would be satisfying and the other way would be realistic. It was insanely gripping as the story unfolded. But once the ending was chosen, it got melodramatic and carried away. Which I didn't mind. It was so entertaining. I probably cried. I don't want to give anything away, but I would recommend watching this Rohmer film.
