I hope this is the Buñuel's one. Here we go:
Buñuel's mexican period is not better or worse than the french one. Is at the same time equally good, and different. We are in a different continent and country. With different social and political situations. But Buñuel knows, I mean, he really understand what he's talking about (society, politics, religion, philosophy) and this one is the father of movies like Tsotsi or City of god, among others. Tough story, great performances and some symbolic touches for creating an all time masterpiece. I liked the original ending better.
