I can't say it's a rehashing, but the act feels a little stale by this point.

John (Jackie Chan) and Roy (Owen Wilson) are back but in a different setting. Had a few laughs and the action was slightly better. Unfortunately, a few unbelievable moments like jumping over a bridge to a boat more than 20 ft high or getting killed by fireworks. Shanghai Noon was more believable, even the scene where John back-stabs Roy over his sister, was done already in the first installment. Shanghai Knights is a decent adventure comedy set in London with a few good martial arts choreography.

More comedy heavy than the first. Chan and Wilson are great again and the movie delivers the fun. A good sequel.
