It's probably the worst of the series, as number 2's often are. But, I still thoroughly enjoyed it.

What makes Spider-Man stand out to me was his vulnerability. This is what makes the whole story exciting. He constantly gets hurt. He gets hurt by the people he hates. He gets hurt by the people he loves. In this episode, Peter juggled between two separate lives forcing him to give up his superhero role for a brief period. The love of his life, Mary Jane Watson (Kirsten Dunst), was all that really mattered to him. He was willing to do everything for her- even give her up. This episode also spotlights on 'DR OCTOPUS' (Alfred Molina) who did an exemplary performance. Great episode. Increased adrenaline...more than the first.

A more appealing villain compared to the first one, this spider man appears to be better than the first - but only at the beginning. I am sick of Super Hero's losing their powers, only to gain them back. Get over your uncle Spidy! Just ok.

After getting all that origin story done and over, we can get to the real meat of the story. I like one a lot more than the first Spiderman. If there's one complaint it's that nearly everyone knows our heroe's secret identity by film's end.
