They were starting to run out of compelling ideas here - not the worst of the series, but certainly one of the more mediocre.

This film is not nearly the letdown that many people claim it is; in fact I would say that had this been a summer cliffhanger that people would have been pleased by it. The only difference is that people had to part with $8 to see it, the production values and the camera work. Still, it was not as good as the movie before or after it.
