A friend in need to the end. This movie has better animation from the first movie and all your favorite characters are back and better then ever.

The second of the series is great. It focuses on more of the characters from the fist as they try to rescue Woody. It even adds some more loveable characters. This movie though brought a lot to the table and will go down as a great.

Unlike most sequels, Toy Story 2 is supported by a similarly strong story as the first, brilliant character performances, and some very emotional performances. As the Toy Story universe expands, the scenery gets more impressive and vivid and the animation itself is beautiful and exciting.

After saving Wheezy from a yard sale, Woody get's stolen and is placed in Al's Toy Barn. Buzz, Hamm, Mr. Potato Head, Slinky Dog, and Rex then set out to rescue Woody. Woody discovers that he is a valuable collectible based on an old, popular TV show called Woody's Roundup. Buzz discovers a valuable secret while Woody meets Jessie the yodeling cowgirl, Woody's horse Bullseye, and Stinky Pete the Prospector. The film doesn't match the original's excitement and plot. Nothing new other than the additional characters. Toy Story 2 is a good follow-up because of its themes of friendship and wonderful voice actors.

I love how the bad guy in this movie is a guy who collects toys, but never actually plays with any of them. lol. Toys are meant to be played with, damnit!
