Combining live action and animation that still holds up, it's a riotlessly funny comedy full of classic cartoon cameos.

When this came out, everyone claimed that "you forget the characters are only cartoons!". Erm...no you don't. Reasonably enjoyable noir pastiche packed with the kind of loony tunes style humour you'd expect. More subtle and witty than The Mask, but I have to admit I still found Roger more irritating than funny. The visual effects are inventively done though and I'm pretty sure kids will get a kick out of it.

A satirical glimpse behind the curtain of animation in a sometimes irreverent and bold adventure film. The blend of animation and real life is done extremely well and the endless parade of sight gags and one-liners makes this a great classic film.

I love this movie, being raised on it my whole childhood. I'm so happy that it has really taken a liking to the new generations as well. For a family movie, however, this film can get pretty dark. But with a great cast, wonderful story, and [at the time] revolutionary film techniques, this film deserves a spot on everyone's movie shelf.

When this film came out in the 80s, it was a marvel. The quality of animation and real people was better than anything seen before. Although its now dated, it's still a fun show.

All of your favorite toons in one movie, plus Jessica RAbbit. And the best face-melting scene since Raider of the Lost Ark.
