Ahhhhhh to be there...Well I was a mere baby at the time of this event and my mother was far from adventurous however we have this movie to remind us when half a million people gathered at max yasgurs farm in Bethel n.y. for 3 days of peace love n music..something that never can be duplicated (They tried in 94 which I did attend and again in 99 which was a fiasco) By all means check this out and remember ...the brown acid circulating is not necessarily good.

When you watch this 1970 rockumentary, you aren't just watching any ordinary concert film. You're experiencing a piece of American history first hand.

One of the best rock documentaries ever made. This film captures every nuance of the famous event - from naked hippies to protesters to drugs to the fantastic musical performances. It's an awesome opportunity to see some of the greatest voices of 60's music on stage together, unedited. Highly recommended for any music lover.
