Whenever the plot can't decide where to go next, it throws out a foreseeable double cross or something that feels like sheer coincidence. The action scenes are some of the best of the series, but "The World is Not Enough" is brought down by its contrivances and a really awful performance by Denise Richards.

James Bond uncovers a nuclear plot when he protects an oil heiress from her former kidnapper, an international terrorist who can't feel pain. This movie feels like a fun Bond movie with good action and Pierce Brosnan plays Mr. Bond so well he was born to play the role. But the one thing that I did not like and that is Denise Richards as the eye candy girl, she is a Bad actor and she feels miss cast for this role.

Denise Richards in Bond-age. OK action and spy presentation. Oil, greed, villainy, danger, Brits.

Not the best Bond film by far, but it redeems itself slightly with some heart-stopping action sequences and a truly frightening anarchist villain in Robert Carlyle.

A quick downfall from the previous two. It's a mixed bag, with equal parts good and bad.

Quite possibly the worst Bond film ever. Don't waste your time. Go rediscover Connery as bond or even Dalton before you see this one.

A dull and mediocre bond film that is nothing special and the expected for the series. Not very enjoyable either and I wouldn't waste time watching it again.

One of the weaker Bond films. Although I like the female villain, this starts relying more on special effects than plot or character, so you never care much about what's happening, although visually it still looks nice.

This was my 1st James Bond movie. I really enjoyed it. I have wanted to make a point in seeing others with Pierce Bronson but have not. I also liked the character of Christmas Jones, I love the names they come up with. And who dosen't laugh at the line about Christmas at the end of the movie.
