David Niven and Leslie Caron play a married couple forced to run for their lives from a Latin American revolution. Except they must escape with the deposed president who's wanted by the new government for execution. The movie takes a while to get moving. But once the chase begins, things are a little suspenseful. A noteworthy set-piece is the trio caught in quicksand as their getaway car begins slowly sinking. Not quite as exciting as it wants to be, although it has its moments.
