Despite its excellent cast and promising director (also it was based on an idea Kieslowski had shortly before his death), it just doesn't deliver. Not interesting or dark enough. However, Carole Bouquet has one scene where she really shines. She had never impressed me before, so at least the film has one good thing about it.
