Paris, I Love You is one of my favorite films - a complete blending of varying creative styles, all for an overall emotional effect. The Parisian setting is rich and beautiful and all the familiar faces that populate the cast don't distract from the strong displays of storytelling. A brilliant exploration of short form storytelling.

An eloquent set of short films that range from slapstick to the sublime; best episodes include Chomet's goofy lark with a mime, the Coen Brother's wacky take on random events, Tykwer's whirlwind blind romance and the practiced expertise of Rowlands and Gazzara's divorcing couple. But out of 18, there are only a few forgettable episodes. This is how short films should reach an audience. Final Grade: B

Overall, better than I expected. The Coen Bros. segment was funny. The first one was pretty good.

It might sound a cliche, making a movie about love, in the city of love. But is not. I mean, lets me honest. I bet 100 that 80% of the couples would dream of having that momment, when they fell in love each other, in Paris. What a wonderful city! You have a lot of shorts (great for those with short span attention) that are fantastic. All of them, speaking about the many ways of loving. The love of a mother, of a father, of a lover, of a hater. People that learn to love, people that is tired of it. People that forgot how to. People that lives thanks because of love, and people that dies because of love. Did you like what you just read? Don't miss this flick then.
