Serving as a career runway for cinema juggernaut Martin Scorsese, "Who's That Knocking at My Door?" contains some very impressive and well-edited sequences, and a compelling lead performance by a young Harvey Keitel.

An interesting glimpse at Scorsese's early interest in violent and explosive relationships. The film is impeccably acted and shot in striking black and white, but will most likely wear some viewers down with the harshness of its drama.

So it was Scorsese's first film. There are greater crimes to commit than to put Harvey Keitel in a romantic leading role. Or are there???!?!??!?!!?
