Descent sci-fi that is turned into an 'Arnold' movie. Another passable flick, from the 'Govenator'.

Meh - typical futuristic action fare with Arnold still being Arnold. Like so many of his later films, it just doesn't seem like he's trying hard anymore. The idea is decent, the execution not so much.
