Not a great movie by any chance and nothing is really that interesting but it is somewhat worth watching because of George Arliss' Oscar Winning performance. Not the greatest performance ever but enjoyable enough to watch. The political intrigue is not that intriguing the romance is not that romantic but it is interesting to watch for almost a historical reason to see the presentation of an old biopic and the 3rd best actor winner.
