"Bolt" will keep youngsters satisfied with its run-of-the-mill but pleasant story.

The opening to this movie is so cute and the second half is A journey trip back home. the animation is amazing and colorful as always and the characters are pretty damn enjoyable.

Saw this when it first came out since this reviewer is a self confessed dog lover. The story gets going and keeps you engeged. Voices of Bolt (John Travolta) and Penny (Miley Cyrus) were applicable and believable. Bolt is a fun, smart and wonderfully created family animation that can be enjoyed by anyone.

This is a very fun watch. It does not measure up to PIXAR, and doesn't deliver the comedy punches of the later Dreamworks films. The characters are very cute and are enjoyable to watch. A little cheesy at times, but that is alright. But this is still a must-see for families. If you are an adult with no kids to watch it with, you can skip this one, unlike some the better PIXAR titles

This is a well done kids movie. John Travolta is very well cast as Bolt the wonder dog. Complete with a hilarious hamster named rhino this movie is very entertaining. The only week points are in the beginning Bolt is shipped in a box from LA to New York with no real issues. Who would have thought you could mail a dog in a box of packing peanuts. The other problem is Miley Cyrus. She is very poorly cast in the part of Penny, Bolt's owner. Her voice does not match the age of the character and she is not a very good voice actress. Outside of these two issues the movie is absolutely great with a good story and good execution. A great movie for adults and kids.

A fun family film that manages to entertain for adults as well. It's not as visually impressive as a Pixar film, or as emotional either, but it has its share of humor and heart.

A highly competent animated film, but falls short of being in the same class as Up or Wall-E. Still, it's a cut above most and will entertain adults and children alike.

This movie was a cute family movie. The dog Bolt is so cute and just watching him and his friends is interesting enough to make this a good movie. With a funny hamster and the other animal characters this movie take you on a fun journey. This is a good movie for Disney fans and families.

Bolt was an enjoyable movie with a fun plot. Disney did a great job with its main characters. Bolt was interesting and the cat and hamster add interesting little bits. I don't think it had the same impact and value as Kung Fu Panda or Wall-E but still heart warming and worth seeing.
