Gah! This was so dissapointing. I thought this was gonna be great with Tim Burton behind the wheel. Boy was I wrong. Its boring, stupid, and the plot is completely unoriginal. Go watch Ed Wood and Edward Scissorhands instead. Because at least those'll remind you of a time when Tim Burton was awesome.

I fell asleep on this movie. I was so bored and so upset that I had to sit through this movie. I didn't want to see it, but when your kid wants to, well your S.O.L....I feel like Johnny Depp mixed all his recent charachters together to come up with the Mad Hatter, he was Jack Sparrow with Willy Wonka with Sweeney Todd, annoying

It was almost a great movie. Where it was supposed to be ridiculous, it was a little too ridiculous. And, where it was supposed to be serious, it was a little too serious. But, it was still a pretty good movie.

The best parts of this film were the effects, which really create a realistic vision of Alice's world. However, the performances and story were hit or miss. I didn't care for the 3-D conversion, it doesn't look as good compared to the films that are actually filmed in 3-D. This isn't the type of film that I could recommend to a lot of people, if you like fantasy or most of Burton's other works then you should probably consider it.

Straight out im not gonna say im A huge fan of Alot of disney movies or even The Alice in wonderland story but I did like What tim tried to do with this movie it looked and felt like tim burton and all the creatures and monsters were awsome enough but it just felt like I dunno this is just another tim burton movie and who can tell one from another they alll start to blend together and this was not really any dif Also the 3-d does nothing for me I hate 3-d movies cmon just stop it Avatar was good in 3d but that dosent mean we need like every new blockbuster type film to be in 3-d

I have to admit, I found this movie pretty entertaining. It doesn't try to outdo itself with the visuals (I'm looking at you, Avatar), it doesn't try to be an an amazing epic (again, looking at you Avatar), and the cast is pretty good in their roles (you get the point). The 3D imagery is pretty good, Danny Elfman's score is perfectly fitting, and the movie speeds by in a crazy, fascinating time. An added bonus was the preview for Tron Legacy.

Tim Burton got this one right. It has the right amount bizarre, eerie, uniqueness of Burton movies which was a perfect rendition of Wonderland. The movie was enjoyable from beginning to end, had good humor, and will be a movie I remember.

My friend Pat and I see a new release every week and give an instant review as we walk of the theater. We both LOVED Alice in Wonderland! Tim Burton's film version was a perfect representation of what "Alice in Wonderland" is at heart... bizarre, intriguing, colorful... and on top of everything, Tim Burton strung an interesting story line through the film that didn't exist in the original story to add more depth to the plot. A wonderful film! If you're interested in seeing the full Instant Review, you can see it at http://maybehip.com/HipShorts/AliceinWonderlandReview.html.

I was very pleased with this movie. The previews made it look like it was way over the top, but it really worked rather than being distracting. Mia Wasikowska was great as Alice and I look forward to seeing her in other things. Overall, I found the movie to be very fun and enjoyable.
