Defying his order, a priest sets out to track down a group of vampires who have kidnapped his niece. This movie was lame and dull to watch. the CGI in the film was Shockley bad all the way though.

"Priest" is actually a lot better then I thought it would be. I did not go to see it in 3D in the movies, but enjoyed it nonetheless. The story is standard fare, but the production, visuals and action sequences are all handled with surprising flair. Paul Bettany is perfect in the title role. Also, the great Christopher Plummer drops in for a small, but effective role. Not the greatest movie ever, but there is a lot of fun to be had in this effective science fiction vampire movie.

Warrior Priest (Bettany) searches for his daughter, that sums up the whole plot. Not that many horrific scenes and the pace of the story were very slow. Most of the time you hear screams, guns and see vampires from nowhere. The effects and weapons were fascinating but it doesn’t make a decent film. Priest would have been way better if the screenplay and direction was thought of.

If you saw this movies preview you probably thought it was good . Well, it is not as good as the preview. The plot is not very good. the fighting scenes were cool and all but were too common. The film also leaves one hanging and was too short for a vampire film. This movie obviously needed a better story line, and a better ending. the actors however, did their best
