Quite a cast in this one. Old killers vs. younger bad guys. Great to see Helen Mirren blasting away with a machine gun. For some reason I didn't think I'd enjoy this. Glad I changed my mind.

"Red" which stands for Retired Extremely Dangerous is an action-comedy movie is about Frank who finds himself a target by CIA. This urges him to go with his team- the RED. From its trailer, I knew this movie will be awesome. I had fun watching action scenes, though, at first, I was kinda lost with the plot. But then again, the concept of RED team is enough to entertain me and keep hold to the film. Actors are awesome with the exemption of Parker, she seemed nothing on the picture.

A good action/comedy that gives equal amounts to both sides of it's coin, while not being too heavy on plot. Nothing we haven't seen before. It's just done better than most of what we've seen before.

I thought Freeman's character shouldn't have gotten killed off so early. But, other than that, it was pretty good.

This movie was just fun. It has enough plot not to be frustrating but not so much to make it more than a straight up action movie. Karl Urban really steals all the scenes he is in, absolutely fantastic. Mary-Louise Parker also shone in this movie. A must see movie for fans of spy action movies (who wont be upset that its kind of poking fun at the genre.

There's great fun to be had here, mostly in seeing Willis, Freeman, Malkovich, and Mirren all interact as former assasins, black ops, or whatever else you can think of. This movie shows it doesn't matter your age, when you're some of the most talented actors of your generation, you can make anything work. Some amusing dialogue, great action scenes, and a strong chemistry among the cast make this an enjoyable viewing.
