This movie is so hectic and busy and the script is just a mess. Some actors are good enough like David Niven or Orson Welles. But everything surrounding them is just shapeless chaos. If you turn away from the movie for just a moment, you'll be lost as the stakes keep changing. Look out for a young Woody Allen as one of the villains. It's so strange yet fits the insanity for the rest of the movie.

This spoof just wasn't very funny, even with the comedic talent at hand.

Who would have thunk... Woody Allen AND David Niven star in this first and only Bond comedy. Before there was an Austin Powers starring Mike Myers there was a Jimmy Bond played by Woody Allen... I kid you not.
