My all-time favorite guilty pleasure movie. As a teen I watched it all the time and can recite nearly every line in the film. Although Cher starts out being incredibly shallow, she finds something inside herself and transforms into an incredibly caring and loving girl. Everyone should see it.

The best teenage comedy I've ever seen. I've seen it so many times and own it on video and DVD. It's starting to be a bit old fashioned but it's a classic like the 80's Molly Ringwald movies.

On the surface this may look vapid and vacant, but underneath that valley girl-esque facade is a very smart film that captures a place and moment in time with perfect clarity. People who dismiss this movie are missing a good thing.
