The real mission to space in the 1970s that NASA suddenly canceled - haven't you ever wondered why we've never gone back to the moon. this movie is so fake and laughable bad.

I enjoyed this movie. It had a sense of isolation and the Russian landing craft was most certainly not something you would want to spend five minutes in. Others have compared it to Blair Witch / Cloverfield and I guess it does owe a gratitude of thanks to these movies but it is a much more polished version of the puke-inducing camera work and hysterical screaming of those offerings. Take it for what it is a movie, not a documentary on the end of the moon missions.

It's a bad sign when the idea behind the movie is the best part of the entire thing. It's an interesting notion why we never returned to the moon. Apollo 18 attempts to explains it and utterly fails, it's kind of ridiculous and is one of the worst found footage examples out there. Make up your own reason - it's bound to be better than this movie.

Even though it's not a movie I'd watch more then once, It was a decent & kept me in suspense up until the very end.The trailer was the thing that got me interested so I thought Apollo 18 was more of a horror movie.I felt like Apollo 18 was a sort of Paranormal Activity type movie where you couldn't see anything but you knew something was out there. It's good for a watch but I don't think anybody will be watching it more then once

These kind of movies always keep me thinking.. maybe the moon isn't what we think it is.
