Fascinating story, but the filmmaker was too quick to laugh at all the parties involved, where I saw a fair amount of pathos. Still, there was a fair amount of visual wit. But lordy, that lady comes across as a complete fruitcake.

I don't know whether Joyce Mckinney is a lady that's a little bit out there or just got caught up in a situation.From the documentary she does seem like a nice lady who you probably wouldn't mind getting to know.I agree with her that Kirk Anderson wanted everything that happened to him (Seriously what guy wouldn't?!) Could've left anytime & only claimed rape after The Mormon Church & the elders got involved.I guess we'll never know his side since he refused to be interviewed.Tabloid is a very interesting & different type of documentary
