I can see why the only reason you can see this is on a bootleg -- it's simply terrible. Worse than the Ewok movies, worse than Jar Jar Binks - it's nearly unwatchable. I have no idea what Lucas was thinking - but it's no wonder he tried to get every master copy destroyed. Good for a lark (or torture) and not much else.
