Let's rock. rock of ages. okay rock of ages is like glee just rock music and did this movie suck like glee well i can say a little bit.tom cruise is the only one that was entertaining in this movie and that's it.

Wasn't expecting much but in return I got an entertaining film that didn't take itself too seriously. Ridiculous and spirited, a nice enough watch.

A high spirited rock musical, with a robust amount of 80's hair hits and a taste for humor. The plot/characters may be a cliche, but the movie covers them in a knowingly cheesy fashion. Speaking of 'covers', the song performances are well done and generate the right amount of silly when needed. This turned out to be a surprisingly fun watch.
