Cooler and more stylized than most cat-and-mouse thrillers, "Premium Rush" is one enjoyably wild ride.

Who would have thought that bikes can also be used to have a good action film? The team who made this did, and they were successful.

The 1st time I saw a trailer for Premium Rush, It made me cringe seeing a guy hit by a car & flying through the air & I thought this is a movie I do NOT want to see. When I saw it at the library I thought Why not? It's free sooo after watching it.... It was a good movie that hooked me right from the start & I really enjoyed it even though I didn't expect to.I thought it was just going to be a movie about bike messengers chasing each other through the streets of NY while being chased by the police but it was way better than that.Premium Rush surprised me how good it was & maybe it will surprise you

I love JGL as an actor so it was sad to me that this movie was so disappointing. I tried to push through until the end but I fell asleep. The characters weren't credible, and I found the drama to be a bit dull.

Ever since seeing Joseph Gordon Levitt for the first time in 08's Stop Loss i pretty much make a point to see all his films now good or bad. I have mixed feelings about Premium Rush although an interesting premise, something about the film seemed somewhat low key. Enjoyed Michael Shannon's performance of the bad cop in the film and the cgi used to map out Levitt's bike routes (With the bad routes and escape routes showing Levitt's premeditating his getting hit by cars.) Although the rest of the film was just meh for me. One thing this movie did do and that was have a new respect for bike couriers or cyclists in general. Expecially in new york!

Premium Rush is a chase film about a bike messenger (Joseph Gordon-Levitt) who is trying to outrun a corrupt police detective (Michael Shannon). The film does not have all that much that makes it special. It tries a little too hard to make us care about the story around the mcguffin. It comes up with a few things with the bicycle twist, but frankly the hipster messengers get a little annoying after awhile. The best part of the film is easily Michael Shannon as the villian. He chews the scenary in just the right way, and frankly his very entertaining turn is what kept me invested in the film. He deserves a better send off than he gets at the end of the film, but he is so enjoyable that the film can be recommended simply for his portrayal.

Very good. Suspense was good but I just couldn't really take the evil cop seriously because of his comedic side. It was really well done though. and the stunts were awesome! Great movie!
