The Odd Couple on ice skates. Naturally, they fall in love. There's Olympics gold, too. I like this one. Romance, athletics, gamesmanship, self-knowledge. Plausible story.

So, this movie is a bit cheezy and probably not really the greatest, but I love it. Its just one of those things. I love the silly plot and the slightly crazy characters (the actors do a really good job with them). To be honest I like the stupid romance as much as I like the ice skating sequences. Overall, one of my favorite guilty pleasures.

I saw this movie in the theatre in 1993. I believe that I saw it three times in the theatre. I love this movie and watch it about once a year. It is stupid and funny. It is a romantic comedy that contains figure skating- How is that not a good time?
