The acting, especially from Viola Davis, is terrific. But this is a TV movie with very little scope on the issues it presents.

Finally, a drama with substance, interesting debate about education budget-cuts and public school teaching quality. Viola Davis is indeed one of the best actresses today. I also liked Maggie Gyllenhaal's performance here. The ending could have been much better, though!

The movie was great. But, the political message, that labor unions suck, was absolutely terrible.
