Just like 'Labyrinth', this film is a wonder of imagination and creative puppetry. A fantasy film worth checking out.

After someone mentioned this movie, I dug it up from my childhood memory. I was psyched to watch it again. But to be honest, I should have left it as a memory. It's a good movie, but it wasn't as good as I remember it being.

Quite boring, I would expect more from Henson, Oz and Co., but this just drags on and on.

This show was incredible when it came out. A Henson film, it's full of wonderful creatures and fantastic costuming. A fun fantasy that it still entertaining more than twenty years later.

Don't be fooled by the puppets, this is a very good film that adults and children will enjoy. There are some pretty serious themes for something that looks like just a kids movie. Visually appealing and very entertaining.

Jim Henson and Frank Oz create a wonderful story and a beautiful world full of odd creatures and dark times. Sure it's a kids movie, but it is great and is still a joy to watch today. Unlike today's kids movies where everything is politically correct and adult topics like death and darkness are rarely explored, the Dark Crystal leaves nothing left unsaid. It is a very in depth sorry about how everyone and everything in this world is linked to one another.
