I can watch this one over and over and it igets better each time. Some of the lines such as "If you can dodge a wrench, you can dodge a ball." are movie classics. The plot is not original. An underdog overcomes and surprisingly wins over the favored, a la Rocky and others, but the characters make this a good comedy. I also loved the parody of the old grammar school instructional movie.

One of my true guilty pleasures. The story is solid, if not totally predictable. That said, there's great character development, themes, and plenty of cameos. Stiller is a genuine laugh riot, but the acting is solid, all-around. Stick around for the milkshake song after the credits.

I laughed a lot the first time I saw this, but it doesn't hold up so well on repeated viewings. Stiller is annoying and Vaughn looks like he's just going through the motions. Rip Torn is a hoot, though.

The movie was a good one to watch, and will probably maintain its laughs for a few years. I think that some of the outtakes and the alternate ending were the funniest parts. Pretty much any movie that puts Hank Azaria in it, even if it is only a bit part will have some good laughs. Each of the characters has a great side story that makes you feel for them in many ways, and otherwise offers a lot more setup to the humor before the end. Over all really quite entertaining.

I definitely laughed at some parts, usually when they are playing dodgeball. Stiller's character annoyed me, but at times it wasn't too bad. I expected more from Vaughn and felt it lacked serious originality. Enough for laughs with friends.
