Playing out like the coke fueled wet dream of every Michael Bay admirer, this action thriller fast and loose with the true life story of socialite turned bounty hunter Domino Harvey. Keira Knightley is quite good and Mickey Rourke is funny as her partner and mentor. It tried too hard to be Quentin Tarantino or Oliver Stone when it’s already got its own gonzo style.

Now I do respect Tony Scott as a director as he directed a lot of movie in the past that I liked, but Domino is a giant mess of a movie that gave me a massive headache afterwards.

You caught me...I love this movie. I don't care what critics say about this one, I had one hell of a time with it.

A film that fully reflects Tony Scott's recent ADD-style directing. The film feels like a commercial combined with a music video, full of fast edits and blown out cinematography. While it may be stylistically amped up, it's got zero plot and is populated with unlikable characters doing unlikable things. Not good at all.

A film that caught my attention in previews, but after viewing felt like a cheat. It tries so hard to be hip and happening that it forgets things like having a decent plot and engaging characters. Worth skipping.
