Sure, it's stupid and silly, but it's also a lot of fun. Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels share a charming, but idiotic friendship and the film represents the ceiling of the Farrelly Brothers' brand of comedy. And then they made a sequel...a horrible, horrible sequel...

My favorite comedy of all. It's the movie that keeps on giving. I've seen it more than 10 times and I still laugh at the same jokes. Very few comedies have that lasting power.
