I love this wonderful film about the terrible filmmaker Ed Wood. He really is terrible, but you'd never know, because this is a charming movie.

Easily my favorite Tim Burton movie. Ed Wood is funny and in some ways heart breaking. I've read a biography of Ed Wood and seen several documentaries on his life so I know many liberties were taken, but it doesn't dull the impact of the movie at all. Depp and Landau are wonderful and it features one of Bill Murray's best performances. It always amazes me how few people have seen this movie. It's a shame.

This is easily the best way to to depict the one person who was called the absolute worst director in Hollywood. Ed Wood's films were so widely bashed by critics that even the addition of Bela Lugosi who was considered to be the best horror actors of his time, could not rescue Wood's career. This movie shows the lengths that he would go to create something special, and then somehow find a way to make it awful.

Burton and Depp's best. everything about this film is fantastic. And I also reccomend Plan 9 from Outer Space. It very well could be the worst movie ever made. It's so bad, it's good.

A good movie with some surprising performances by Depp and Co. It is a deep look into Hollywood and it shows. Ed Wood is a classic example of what could have been but never was and I am glad they made a movie so that I could know him.

A film about a filmmaker - the trials, both in personal and business life, and the friends he makes. Especially poignant is Martin Landau playing a drug-addicted Bela Lugosi. At time humerous, it is also quite dramatic. One of Burton's best
