This movie seems like a twisted take on the standard "coming-of-age" trope - where a young woman must figure out where she is going in life when her parents die in an accident and she and her brother are left alone. School, work, bodybuilders, an aged, blind former Mr. Universe - it's all so strange - not bad, not good - certainly different.
