Pixar’s return to form
Evan Wheatley - wrote on 10/21/2016
When it comes to animation, Pixar rarely disappoints. As of late however, Pixar has released more sequels than original concepts, so it was nice to see a company that has produced classics such as “Toy Story” and “Finding Nemo,” return to form in June 19’s “Inside Out”.
“Inside Out” centers on a young girl from the Midwest named Riley, whose life is changed drastically when she and her parents move to San Francisco. While Riley is technically the main character of the story, her personified emotions of Joy, Sadness, Fear, Anger and Disgust comprise most of the screen time, with Joy and Sadness being the true stars of the show. These characters constantly control Riley’s emotional state like a well-oiled machine, and also preside over her memories.

Jedenfalls …

Pixar still has it

It's been a few years since Pixar delivered an original film worthy of their reputation which has prompted many to question whether the once unequaled studio still has it in them. With "Inside Out" they have unequivocally declared that they still have the magic. Director Pete Docter (who also made "Up," the last great original Pixar film) brilliantly tells an innovative coming-of-age story that achieves that uncommon balance of being equally engaging for both kids and adults. A strong voice cast brings to life the unforgettable characters that are sure to be classics and Michael Giacchino cranks out yet another beautiful score, sure to net him another Oscar nomination. This is a beautifully animated, refreshingly creative, emotionally resonate and laugh-out-loud hilarious film that is …

If you think this movie is only for kids, then you are wrong. This movie is very much for the adults (actually more for adults) than it is for kids.
Don’t get fooled by the animated style of presenting as this movie would have lost the plot or may not have been able to express so successfully had it not been animated. So give it a thought! Because this movie will make you think how you think!.
This is an excellent movie that tries to explain how emotions control your behaviour and expressions. Our emotions (Joy, Sadness, Fear, Anger and Disgust) are presented in form of small cartoon characters who are inside our head and use a large panel of buttons to control the way we behave, express and act.

Dose anyone remember that TV show back in the 90's called Herman's Head, no? well your going to think this is a original story but really it's ripping off a story line that already exist. Don't believe me then watch this clip and you will see how they are completely the same: www.youtube.com/watch?t=37&v=8Gn6IfWXPbk .
The story to Inside Out is about a girl called Riley who is just like any typical young girl - dealing with the ups and downs of life - but on the inside, things are much different. When her father gets a new job in San Francisco and moves the family from the Midwest to the West Coast, "Headquarters" the place in Riley's mind that contains her emotions, goes into overdrive. Joy, Fear, Sadness, Anger, Disgust - each one plays a role - and with a new city, home and school …

Keep Your Emotions in Check

Pixar has really outdone themselves with 'Inside Out'. It's absolutely fantastic in every way! The initial concept is the definition of originality, and the execution of it is ingenious! This is the type of creative storytelling that I crave. The motive of the film is to explore the most basic and relatable emotional changes that everyone goes through in their childhood years. I was very impressed with just how deep, psychologically, that exploration takes us. There is no area left unchecked. We see the inner workings of the human mind visualized in a cartoon environment, while simultaneously watching the affects they have on the 'real-world' actions of the human characters. It literally is an 'inside out' examination. The individual representations of the emotions are great fun …
