This reminds me of something Wes Anderson could have created. It's quirky and perfect; it makes you want to go someplace and do something. I love it.

Feels like a dream you do not want to wake up from. You are reminded of life's little moments that you want to treasure forever and afterwards you can't help but want to be kinder to people.

Good and funny movie. Different in it's way, not the kind of movie you see everyday.

There are scenes in this movie that fill me with such sanguine happiness, they are just so beautiful, fanciful and radiant. But thrown into the innocence, in typical French fashion, is incongruously strong sexuality. This can yank you out of the fairy tale. Still, this movie makes me too want to cultivate an enjoyment in the little things and become a habitual do-gooder.

This could be the sweetest movie ever created. It has an amazing visual palette and the characters are simply perfect. There's humor and drama and romance - and it's blended seamlessly. It will leave you with a smile - how can it not?

One of my all-time favorite films. The visual style here bounces from the whimsical to the dark to the purely beautiful. The comedy is charming, the conclusion magical.

The word "Feelgood" was invented for this whimsical and magical fairy tale. Visually brilliant, charming and imaginative beyond words, Amelie is a joyous journey of wonderment nudged along the way by Audrey Tautou`s extraordinary performance as the naive, sweet and innocent Parisian. A film of discovery and romanticism which is as captivating as it is memorable. One of the best French films of the 21st Century directed by one of the most ingenious directors in the business.

Amelie is a example of great writing, which can make anything work even surreal or rather superreal situations. A really lovely and funny movie. It is also incredibly beautiful to watch. The acting is all very good. Every character is fully developed and wonderful to watch. You really feel for Amelie.
