This fresh premise on the mythos of the Dark Knight flounders it's potentially great story through predictable means. Damien must choose between exacting his vengeance, or adopting Batman's morals. The obvious story arc only skims the surface of what could be. Damien is bland and his father-son relationship with Batman is nonexistent. Focus is shifted to the crime fighting. All the visual aspects are top notch. Fluid sword fights highlight a decent action romp. Not bad, but still disappoints in the story.
