The black sheep of the long running franchise that at least brought Justin Lin onboard for the stellar sequels he'll direct later on. It features characters which most of them don't return and a plot that doesn't mean much in the end. Lucas Black and Bow Wow are pretty bland protagonists. But at least we got Sung Kang as the cool sidekick for future appearances and Nathalie Kelley is a pretty love interest. Some of the racing scenes are fun to watch and it is kind of a time-capsule for mid-2000s trends in pop culture. To its credit, somehow it is probably the most important in terms of keeping the continuity for the entire F&F movie series.

I consider it slightly better than the first two, only for the fact that I did kind-of enjoy the racing scenes. Mindless, but not boring per say.

This movie was exactly what I thought it would be fast cars and adrenaline. I enjoyed the racing and you can;t help but feel your adrenaline flowing in the final race even though you know the out come from the start of the movie. There is very little that is original in this movie but why mess with what works. Although it was no where as fun as the original it still turned out to be a fun time. If you have nothing to do on a weekend and this is on TV I would recommend watching it.

I will give this credit for being more entertaining than the second, but it's still just a bunch of shiny cars, angry guys, hot women & overflowing testosterone. Not to say that's a bad thing, but it's not enough to carry an entire movie.

An improvement over the second one, but it left something to be desired. Probably would have been better as a direct to DVD release. It was good to see them tie in Vin Disel's character, even if he does go uncredited.
