Eh, if you've seen the first two Cabin Fever movies, you kind on know what to expect. But whereas the first film had the excellent Eli Roth behind the camera, and the second went with horror auteur Ti West (even if he disowned it), this third is pretty much a straight-to-video addition (and what the hell- Sean Astin needs the money, apparently). The effects are the best part - lots of sloughing flesh and buckets of blood - but the story and characters are just crap. Cheap thrills - nothing more.
