It is exceedingly rare for me to think less of a film on a second viewing, but for all the beautiful English charm and wit this film has, I was simply shocked by the antics of Andie MacDowell's Carrie this time around. It's one thing to be unfaithful - takes two to tango there - but to invite a man clearly besotted by you to choose a wedding dress for your upcoming wedding and then STILL invite him to the ceremony after he has declared his love for you? Just utterly repulsive emotional manipulation.

Funny romantic comedy with a good cast and witty dialogue. There’s a few dramatic moments that seem genuine without killing the mood.

"Four Weddings and a Funeral" is a funny and spry breakdown of finding love.

Andie McDowell AND Hugh Grant? KILL ME NOW! Only Simon Callow's presence elevates this above completely hateful.

Sharp writing and a film that skillfully balances its ensemble cast to examine with British wit the toils of love and marriage. May play as cliched to some, but I believe every emotional chord that was plucked. Charming and very, very funny.

You can really tell that this movie is 'dated' and from the early 90s. However it is was still a cute movie with a few laughs. I had a bit of hard time understanding some of the scenes because of the heavy British accents.

This movie was so so. I was expecting a lot since the writer of this movie also wrote two of my favorite romantic movies Notting Hill and Love Actually and it did not deliver. I am not going to say it was a bad movie but I was just expecting a lot more. I would have to give this a wait to catch it on Cable rating.
