For me this is one of those rare films with great replay value. I feel for the most part they don't make great adventure flicks like this anymore. I mean you got the Feld dog in all of his smart-assed glory. You got a bumbling band of criminals lead by the ugly lady from Throw Momma From The Train. You got a love story between a deformed giant with a sweet tooth and a exaggerating fat kid with a killer jew fro. Best of all our would-be heroes take us on a perilous quest. One in which will provide them the chance to save their beloved neighborhood from certain doom. The Goonies Never Say Die!!

Goonies will always be a classic, young teen comedy/adventure. Would be good for younger kids but has a lot of swearing. A great cast of kid actors.

Everyone either wanted to be or was a Goonie during some part of their life. It is a perfect depiction of lost innocence and "coming of age" (I really hate that cliche) and just believing that with a little help from your friends, you could accomplish anything.

Most movies or TV shows that you watched and enjoyed as a child suck ass, that is mostly cause you were way dumber then you remember being when you were young. For instance i go back and watch like dukes of hazard episodes and am astonished the i could have even sat through that crap much less enjoyed it. Goonies on the other hand is great even now, and will be when i am older and crapping my pants again, the story is great the characters are awesome and well acted for child actors at the time (data for president) and their is a deformed guy. sweet

Goonies is a classic from my childhood. It sort of, if you put your mind to it you can do anything even save the world (save our house), type of movie. It is a mystery, murder, hidden treasure, romance and adventure film all rolled up in one. It would entertain all types and ages. I would highly recommend it.

A masterpiece of adventure for children. I loved it when I was six and may love it more today. From an original story to a cast full of great child actors this one really makes me think that I am a GOONIE! See it if you haven't already.

One of those movies that makes me feel like a kid again. A rousing adventure complete with traps, hidden treasure and pirates. It's just plain fun and will never get old.

Steven Spielberg's wonderfully creative children's story that is both funny and enjoyable for children and adults. I can watch this over and over and it doesn't get old.
